摘要
目的观察针灸结合升白方对恶性肿瘤患者化疗后白细胞减少症的白细胞变化、IL-2、CD45及临床疗效的影响。方法将51例患者随机分为3组,各17例。针灸结合中药升白方组(针药组)采用针刺足三里、三阴交、血海、脾俞、肾俞等穴结合升白方治疗;中药组单用升白方治疗;西药组口服利血生治疗。比较和评价三组治疗2周前后白细胞、IL-2、CD45等的变化以及临床疗效。结果针药组、中药组及西药组治疗后白细胞数、IL-2、CD45均较前升高,但针药组效果更好,总有效率为100%,优于中药组的88.2%和西药组的76.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合升白方对化疗后白细胞减少症疗效优于单用升白方和西药利血生治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with decoction for rising leucocyte and the levels of IL-2 and CD45 on treating malignant tumor patients with leukocytopenia induced by chemotherapy.Methods Fifty-one patients were randomly divided into three groups （each n=17）.The patients in combined treatment group were treated by acupuncture at Tsusanli,San yin chiao,Xue hai,Pi shu,and Shen shu points plus oral decoction for rising leucocyte.The two control groups were given oral leucogen or decoction for rising leucocyte,respectively.The clinical efficacy on ascending the WBC,IL-2 and CD45 was tested and analyzed before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment.Results As compared with before treatment,the levels of WBC,IL-2 and CD45 in three groups were all increased after the treatment.The therapeutic effect of combined treatment group was the best,with the total effective rate of 100%,which was superior to those （88.2%and 76.5%） of decoction control group and leucogen control group,and the difference was statistically significant （both P〈0.05）.Conclusions The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with decoction for rising leucocyte is better than that of decoction for rising leucocyte or leucogen,respectively.
