水热法制备Fe_2O_3微米球及其气敏性能研究

摘要 半导体电阻式气体传感器具有灵敏度较高、响应迅速、制备成本较低、易于小型化等优点,已经成为近年来传感器研究的重点.本文通过水热法制备出Fe_2O_3微米球并研究其对酒精的气敏性能.结果显示制备的Fe_2O_3微米球纯度高,表面粗糙,对酒精气体显示出优异的响应特性,具有灵敏度高、稳定性好和优异浓度线性特征等特点.这项工作将为高性能酒精气体检测仪提供新的候选材料. Recently, the resistance-type metal oxide semiconductor gas sensors have already become a hot point in gas sensor research, due to the high detection sensitivity; quick response, low cost in preparation and easy miniaturization. In this paper, the Fe2O3 micro-spheres were synthesized by hydrothermal method and their gas sensing properties to ethanol were studied. It was found that gas sensors based on Fe2O3 micro-spheres showed excellent gas performances to ethanol with high sensitivity, nice stability and fine liner rolationship with concentration, which will bring a new candidate for the ethanol detector.
