摘要
根据国家标准规定液化石油气钢瓶在进行气密性试验之前必须进行检验,瓶内残气体积分数不得高于0.4%,用接触燃烧传感器作为检测仪器的敏感元件时,由于输出的电压与可燃性气体体积分数之间几乎是线性关系,对不同气体成分,爆炸下限值几乎有相同的灵敏度,所以用异丁烷对仪器进行标定,并且以0.4%异丁烷体积分数作为报警点。
According to state regulations the liquefied-gas cylinder must be exarmined before leakage test,and the density rate of the residual gas should not exceed 0.4%. While using calelytic combustion sensor as the sensing unit in the test,the output voltage is almost in a linear condition with the density of combuslible gas and the explosion lower limit is as sensitive as to different gas components,so to use isobutane to standardize the instrument and limit the density of that to 0.4% as the alarming point will guarantee the safety of the test work.
