摘要
目的分析门诊麻醉药品的使用情况,为麻醉药品的合理应用提供参考。方法利用计算机系统采集我院2015年麻醉药品的使用数据,采用用药频度分析法对12种麻醉药品进行统计分析。结果麻醉药品使用基本合理,少有滥用现象,使用者中男性多于女性,少见于青少年。结论门诊麻醉药品的使用基本合理,医护人员应在遵循用药原则的前提下,进行个体化给药。
Objective To analyze the usage circumstance and consumption trend of narcotic drugs in our hospital to provide a reference for rational use of narcotic drugs. Methods Data about the usage of 12 kinds of narcotics drugs in our hospital during 2015 were collected by computer management system for narcotic drugs and analyzed with DDDs as the statistical index. Results It showed that the use of narcotics drugs in our hospital clinic was quite reasonable,rarely abuse. Males are more than females for the most narcotics drugs users. Little use of narcotics drugs for teenagers is much in evidence. Conclusion The use of narcotics in our hospital is basically reasonable,accord with regulation. Doctors should prescript narcotic analgesic drugs by individuals following the guidelines.
