摘要
目的：了解麻醉性镇痛药的应用现状及趋势。方法：对我院住院患者2002～2006年麻醉性镇痛药的应用金额、用量、用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果：我院住院患者麻醉性镇痛药应用金额和用量呈逐年上升趋势。枸橼酸芬太尼注射液用量居首位，芬太尼透皮贴、硫酸吗啡控释片用量较大，并均呈逐年上升趋势；盐酸哌替啶注射液用量呈逐年下降趋势。结论：枸橼酸芬太尼注射液和硫酸吗啡控释片已成为我院麻醉性镇痛药应用主流，但应用的合理性有待提高。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the status and developing tendency of the use of narcotic analgesics in our hospital METHODS： The use of narcotic analgesics in inpatients of our hospital during the period 2002--2006 were analyzed statistically in respect to consumption sum, consumption quantity, DDDs etc .RESULTS： The use of narcotic analgesics had a year- on - year increase in both consumption sum and consumption quantity. Leading the first place in consumption quantity was fentanyl citrate injection .The consumption of fentanyl transdermal system and morphine sulfate sustained - release tablets were also great which showed a year- on-year increase tendency .However, the consumption of pethidine injection was decreasing year by year.CONCLUSION：As narcotic analgesics, fentanyl and morphine have been predominantly used in our hospital, but the rational use of narcotics in our hospital need to be improved.
