摘要
信息系统的使用和有效使用是两个不同的概念,信息使用不等于有效使用。本文根据国内外学者研究结果,对IS(信息系统)采纳后的行为进行了综述,基于有效使用基础上的研究将有助于用户挖掘信息系统潜能,提升组织信息化绩效和竞争优势。并根据表象理论,提出模型试图理解IS的使用-有效使用的转换过程。
The use of information systems and perfunctory are two different concepts,the use of information is not equal to the effective use. Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper summarizes the behavior of IS（Information System） after adoption. Based on the research of effective use,it will help users to tap the potential of information system and enhance the information performance and competitive advantage. And according to the theory of representation,propose a model trying to understand the transition from the use of IS-to efficient use.
