摘要
[目的]了解苦瓜种子常温可贮时间。[方法]用贮藏不同时间的不同类型苦瓜种子进行发芽试验。[结果]大部分类型的苦瓜种子在常温下贮17个月内种子发芽率都很高,贮21个月后大部分类型的苦瓜种子发芽情况不佳,少部分类型的种子全部失去了发芽力。[结论]苦瓜种子在常温下一般可贮藏17个月。
[Objective] The aim was to investigate the storage time on normal temperature of bitter gourd seed. [Method] The seed germination tests were conducted with different bitter gourd seeds. [Result] Most seeds germination rate was high under seventeen-month-storage. But with twenty-one-month-storage the germination rate was low. Small part of seeds lost the germination power. [Conclusion] The storage time of bitter gourd seed germination was seventeen months.
