摘要
文章建议在繁忙的京沪、京广、京哈线中,应优先选择京沪线作为我国客货分流、建设高速客运专线的起步线,并重点论述京沪线京津段高速铁路建设应先行一步的必要性、有利条件、技术标准、建设时机和资金筹措等问题。
The authors suggest that priority he given to turn Beijing-Shanghai Rly into special high speed line for passenger traffic being separated from goods traffic as compared with other busy lines as Beijing -Guangzhou and Beijing Harbin Lines. They also elaborate with emphasis on the ueeessity, advantag-es, technical standards, construction opportunity and fund-collecting, etc. for upgrading Beijing-Tianjin Section on Beijing-Shanghai Line first.
