摘要
目的研究人工牛黄对中药复方HY凝胶剂直肠给药体外释药规律的影响。方法采用离体直肠立式扩散池法,以总多糖、总生物碱的含量作为评价指标,分别采用直肠和直肠黏膜两种模型,考察不加人工牛黄、加不同浓度人工牛黄对中药复方凝胶剂体外释药的影响,并对释药数据进行不同方程的拟合。结果中药复方凝胶剂在8 h基本完全释药,所有样品中多糖和生物碱释放规律均符合Higuchi方程。单位面积累积释放量:4%人工牛黄中药复方凝胶剂>2%人工牛黄中药复方凝胶剂>不加人工牛黄中药复方凝胶剂。结论人工牛黄具有良好的促透作用,加4%人工牛黄中药复方凝胶剂直肠给药体外累积释药量显著高于不加人工牛黄中药复方凝胶剂,且具有缓慢释药特性。
Objective To study the artificial bezoar for Chinese herbal compound HY gels rectum to the influence of the law of drug release in vitro. Methods The isolated rectal vertical diffusion cell method,the total alkaloid content of total polysaccharide,were used as the evaluation index,the rectum and rectal mucosa of two models,the influence does not add artificial bezoar and artificial bezoar with different concentrations of Chinese medicine compound gel in vitro release,and fitting the different equations for drug release data. Results In the 8h basic complete drug release,the release of polysaccharide and alkaloid in all the samples was in line with the Higuchi equation. Cumulative release per unit area: 4% artificial bezoar compound gel 2% artificial bezoar compound gel without artificial bezoar compound gel. Conclusion Artificial bezoar has good transdermal effect,plus 4% artificial bezoar compound gel for rectal administration of in vitro release rate and cumulative release amount was significantly higher than that without artificial bezoar compound gel,and has slow release characteristics.
