摘要
目的:通过离体皮肤透皮试验和体外释放试验,考察小儿腹泻脐贴膏的体外释放行为,探讨开发小儿腹泻脐贴膏的可行性。方法:以自制的小儿腹泻脐贴膏为模型药物,以补骨脂素、异补骨脂素为指标成分,采用Franz扩散池与HPLC法,研究小儿腹泻脐贴膏的经皮渗透性;采用D-800LS智能药物溶出仪,研究小儿腹泻脐贴膏的体外释放行为。结果:补骨脂素和异补骨脂素24h内总的累积透过率为32.88%和22.23%;贴膏在8h内能释放90%以上,体外释药规律以一级模型拟合较好,说明药物的释放是以一级方程释放速率进行药物的释放。结论:小儿腹泻脐贴膏有较好的经皮渗透性和体外释放行为,具有良好的开发前景。
Objective：Applying in vitro penetration and in vitro release experiment to research the behavior of dilivery and penetration of Xiaoer Fuxie Qitiegao（XEFXQTG）,and to investigate the feasibility of exploitating XEFXQTG.Methods： Using Franz diffusion cell,D-800LS dissolution equipment and HPLC to determine psoralen,isopsoralen,and then to research XEFXQTG’s penetration and in-vitro release.Results：The accumulated penetrated rate of psoralen and isopsoralen was 32.88% and 22.23%,respectively;XEFXQTG can release more than 90%in 8h,the rule of in-vitro release fit first-class model well,so the relsase rate of this drug coincidenced first-class equations.Conclusion：XEFXQTG had good property of in-vitro release and penetration,so this drug to be provided with favourable exploitation perspective.
