摘要
提升区域适切性历来是地方本科高校改革和发展的题中要义。地方本科高校以服务区域经济社会发展为目标,以为地方经济社会培养高素质人才为使命,对推进区域经济社会发展作出了瞩目的贡献,但是也存在一些亟待解决的适切性问题。解决这些问题,需从自身入手,在供给侧上发力,主动采取供给侧改革的系统化、结构化、创新性的思维,自觉根据地方经济社会的期望和需求调适自己的办学行为,从地方本科高校人才培养的供给侧学科专业、课程体系、人才培养模式、教学模式、科学研究等全方位转型与创新,不断提升地方本科高校的区域适切性。
To improve the suitability and quality of education has always been the local undergraduate colleges and universities reform and development of the essence. Local colleges and universities＇ goal is to serve the regional economic and social development. To improve the local economic and social talent of education high quality are their mission, and to promote regional economic and social development has made outstanding contributions. But there are some quality problems that we can not be overcome. To solve these problems, it is necessary to start from their own, to do the article on the supply side, to take the initiative to take the supply side of the reform of the system, dialectical and innovative thinking. We need to adjust school running behavior consciously according to local economic and social expectations, and to promote the transformation and innovation of discipline, curriculum system, personnel training mode, teaching mode, scientific research from the supply side of talent training in local colleges and universities and so on, in order to improve aptness in the local undergraduate colleges and universities.
