摘要
近年我国高职院校招生中普遍出现的生源危机,引起教育界与社会对高职教育未来生存和命运的担忧。通过对2012年各省高职院校招生情况调查,客观分析了生源危机产生的原因,指出高职教育目前存在的主要问题。高职院校必须尽快转型与创新,主动适应产业结构和人才市场的变化,开辟多层次、多类型生源渠道,走出生源危机,步入科学、健康的发展轨道。
In recent years, there is widespread enrollment crisis for most vocational colleges, which caused wide concerns about the development of vocational colleges. Based on a survey of vocational colleges＇ enrollment in 2012, we analyze the reasons for enrollment crisis, and point out main problems of vocational education. It is pointed out that vocational colleges must adapt themselves to the industrial structure and changes in human resources market, and develop a mode of multi-layered and multi-typed enrollment pattern for it sound and rational growth.
