摘要
目的了解桂林市结核病流行特征,为更好开展结核病防治工作提供科学依据。方法对桂林市2008-2014年结核病登记资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2008-2014年桂林市共登记活动性肺结核病23 184例,年均登记率为64.74/10万,其中新涂阳患者9 016例,年均登记率为25.95/10万。登记患者来源以因症就诊及非结核病防治机构转诊为主,共21 985例,占94.83%。桂林市活动性肺结核登记率由2008年的82.24/10万下降到2014年的57.78/10万。2008-2014年桂林市登记活动性肺结核患者男女性别比为3.141∶1。15岁以上患者登记23 139例,占总数的99.81%,农、牧民登记数为17 966例,占总数的77.49%。2008-2014年各年度新涂阳患者治愈率均超过90%。结论 2008-2014年桂林市活动性肺结核患者登记率总体呈下降趋势,男性患者显著多于女性患者,活动性肺结核及新涂阳肺结核登记率呈随年龄增长而增长的趋势,患者职业以农、牧民为主,各年度新涂阳肺结核治愈率保持高水平。
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of tuberculosis （TB） in Guilin city and pro- vide the basis for prevention and control of TB. Methods Descriptive epidemiological approaches were used to analyze the epidemic data of TB from 2008 to 2014. Results A total of 23184 active TB cases were registered during this period with an average annual incidence rate of 64.74/105 o There were 9016 new smear positive cases registered with an average annual incidence rate of 25.95/105. There were 21985 active TB cases de- rived from the clinical consultation and the referral, accounting for 94. 83 % of the total. The registered rate of the active TB case fell to 57.78/105 from 82. 24/105 during 2008 to 2014, and the male - to - female ratio was 3.14： 1. There were 23139 cases older than 15, accounting for 99.81% of the total. The farmers and herdsmen accounted for 77.49% of the total. The cure rates of new smear positive cases were over 90% every year from 2008 to 2013. Conclusion During this period the epidemic of TB in Guilin city appeared a decrea- sing trend. The TB cases of male were obviously more than female. The registration rates of active TB cases and new smear positive cases generally increased with increasing age. The cure rates of new smear positive ca- ses remained at high level in those seven years.
