摘要
目的:观察玉女煎治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎及口干症的临床疗效。方法:将51例接受放射治疗的头颈部肿瘤患者随机分为玉女煎治疗组和对照组,观察口腔黏膜反应情况及口干情况。结果:两组患者放疗后均出现不同程度的口腔黏膜炎反应,治疗组的1、2、3、4级放射性口腔黏膜炎反应率为33.3%、37.0%、22.2%、7.4%,而对照组的反应率为4.1%、29.2%、41.7%、25.0%,玉女煎治疗后口腔黏膜反应明显减轻。玉女煎治疗在放疗6周末和放疗结束时,两组患者均出现2级以上的口干症状,治疗组患者的2级、3级、4级的口干反应率为29.6%、55.6%、14.8%,对照组患者的口干反应率为12.5%、29.2%、58.3%,且治疗组的口干症状的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:玉女煎治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎疗效显著,且能改善口干症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yu＇nv Decoction on radiation- induced oral mucositis and postradiation xerostomia. Methods： 51 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,and the reaction of oral mucosa and xerostomia were observed. Results： Two groups of patients with varying degrees of oral mucositis after radiotherapy reaction,1,2,3,4-grade mucositis reaction,the treatment group was 33. 3%,37. 0%,22. 2%,7. 4%,while the response of the controlled group was 4. 1%,29. 2%,41. 7%,25. 0%,after Yu＇nv Decoction treatment of oral mucositis was significantly reduced. Yu＇nv Decoction radiotherapy treatment in 6weeks and the end of radiotherapy,patients in both groups appeared two or more stages of the symptoms of dry mouth,patients in the treatment group occurred grade 2,3,4xerostomia rate of 29. 6%,55. 6%,14. 8%,xerostomia patients in the controlled group was 12. 5%,29. 2%,58. 3%,and improved the symptoms of dry mouth,the treatment group was better than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yu＇nv Decoction has exact effect on radiation-induced oral mucositis（ ROM） and postradiation xerostomia and is worth spreading.
