摘要
动物实验表明 ,生理浓度的乙醇在脑发育过程中 ,不但可以影响神经细胞的数量 ,还可协同增强NGF诱导PC12细胞形态和功能上的分化 ,分化的PC12细胞具有与交感神经元相似的性状特征。用 10 0mmol/L乙醇和 5 0ng/mlNGF联合诱导可建立PC12细胞分化模型 ,为以神经细胞为研究对象的实验提供一种获得神经细胞的方法。
At physiological concentration,ethanol could affect the number of neuron,as well as neuromorphogenesis during development.Ethanol enhanced morphological and functional differentiation in combination with nerve growth factor(NGF).Treatment of PC12 cells with 50 ng/ml NGF in the incorporation of 100 mmol/L ethanol could establish a differentiation model of PC12 cells. This experiment provided a method of culturing neurocyte for the study of neurocyte.
