摘要
目的 :通过对呼吸机的质量控制,找到呼吸机的问题隐患,提高呼吸机使用的安全性。方法 :使用专业的质量检测设备和电气安全检测设备,参照军队《呼吸机质量检测技术规范(试行)》和GB 9706.1—2007标准,对医院全部呼吸机进行质量检测,并对检测过程中出现的问题进行分析,研究出解决对策。结果:16台呼吸机中,初检合格率偏低。不合格的性能指标由潮气量偏差过大、呼气末正压(positive end expiratory pressure,PEEP)不准、氧气体积分数过低和保护接地阻抗过大等原因所造成。经维修保养后,合格率达到100%。结论:呼吸机的质量控制检测非常重要,必须定期进行质量检测,保证临床使用的安全性和有效性。
Objective To execute ventilator quality control to eliminate hidden risks and enhance application safety.Methods Quality control of all the ventilators in the hospital was carried out with special devices for quality detection and electrical safety inspection according to Military Ventilator Quality Control Technical Regulation (Trial Version) and GB 9706.1--2007. The problems during the detection were analyzed, and some countermeasures were put forward accordingly. Results The qualification rate of all the 16 ventilators was low, and the unqualified indexes included excessive tidal volume, inaccurate positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP), low oxygen volume fraction and high earth resistance.Conclusion Quality control detection is very important for the ventilator, and has to be executed periodically to ensure clinical safety and efficiency.
