摘要
目的分析呼吸机临床应用中的意外事故隐患及对策,为加强应用呼吸机病人的安全提供帮助。方法回顾性分析98例机械通气病人的报警原因及不安全危险因素,总结事故防范措施。结果通过落实事故防范措施,无呼吸机相关事故发生,确保了机械通气病人的安全。结论医护人员加强呼吸机安全管理意识,熟悉呼吸机原理、报警原因及处理方法,呼吸机集中管理模式等可有效防止呼吸机相关意外事故的发生。
Objective To provide a help in avoiding accidents related to ventilator by analyzing its causes and preventive measures. Methods The items of 239 alarms of ventilator occurred in 98 mechanical ventilation for patients are reviewed retrospectively and measures to prevent accidents related to ventilators are summarized. Results The measures prevente effectually accidents and guarantee patients with mechanical ventilation safe. Conclusion The accidents related to ventilators can be prevented effectually by enhancing safe management, making doctors and nurses familiar with the ventilators , their alarms and handling methods, and the centralized management mode.
