摘要
铝合金建筑模板与传统木模板相比,优势明显,为取代传统的木胶合板创造了新的机遇。铝合金模板的广泛应用,可以有效保护我国的林业资源,可以推动我国建筑行业绿色施工工作的大踏步前进。笔者单位所研究的铝合金模板顶板快拆体系,设计思路紧密结合北方施工习惯,在吸收国外铝合金模板成熟技术的基础上,创造发明出可将传统大钢模板和碗口支撑体系构件良好结合的关键部件,为铝合金模板在顶板快拆体系中的推广和应用开辟出新的途径。
Compared with traditional wood formwork, aluminum alloy construction formwork has obvious advantages, which created new opportunities for replacing traditional wood plywood. Widely used aluminum alloy template can effectively protect the forest resources in our country, promote green construction work in the construction industry in our country was making great strides. Quick dismantling system aluminum alloy roof template of our research, the design thought combining northern construction habits, based on absorbing foreign aluminum alloy template mature technology, invention can be a key component of the traditional large steel formwork and supporting system with good sized components, open up a new way for the aluminum alloy template in the roof quickly remove the promotion and application in the system.
