摘要
绿色施工是我国建筑业实施可持续战略的重要体现,建立绿色施工评价指标体系,并研究寻求适当方法进行评价,对绿色施工的推进和实施具有重要的意义.在建立了包括施工管理、环境保护、节材与材料资源利用、节水与水资源利用、节能与能源利用和节地与施工用地保护等6个一级指标,以及绿色施工管理体制、制度、目标与方案的编制等30个二级指标在内的绿色施工评价指标体系的基础上,采用模糊综合评判法对绿色施工进行了评判.
Green construction is one of the most important indices to achieve sustainable strategy of China＇s construction industry. It is of great significance to establish an evaluation index system to promote and implement green construction and to find appropriate methods to evaluate green construction. A green construction evaluation index system is established in this paper, which includes six-level indices： construction management, environmental protection, materials and material resource use, water conservation and use, energy efficiency and energy use, and land use and land protection. These indices are further divided into 32 indices of green construction management system.
