摘要
为更好地对各直属台进行实时、高效的指挥调度及协同工作,我们利用监管中心现有IP电话、视频会议等实时音视频通讯系统,结合GIS地图、通讯调度、三维可视化、智能集控等技术,设计及实现了监管中心直属台综合指挥系统。该系统可采集各直属台网络、电力信息和遥控站点运行状态信息,进行集成网络管理、安全运行管理等。
We want to efficiently control and dispatch subordinate stations in real time and get the collaborative work. In the supervision center, we make use of the existing IP telephony, video conferencing and other real-time audio and video communication system and collect the information of network, power and the remote control running status stations' in subordinate stations and the integrate technologies (network management, security operation management, GIS maps, communication dispatch, three-dimensional visualization and intelligent centralized control) to design and implement a integrated command and control system of subordinate stations.
