摘要
针对在汽车制造过程中,复杂零件例如覆盖件冲压模具进行三维建模时,受到特征重叠,遮挡等因素的影响,三维建模效果往往存在孔洞,特征丢失等问题,为了解决这一问题,提出了一种基于汽车覆盖件冲压模具三维建模技术。利用傅立叶变换方法,对复杂零件的整体区域进行特征采集与三维建模,完整模拟汽车覆盖件冲压模具的立体空间位置关系,从而为汽车生产奠定数据基础,在CAD制图环境下,对汽车覆盖件冲压模具进行三维建模。实验结果表明,这种建模方法能够对汽车覆盖件冲压模具进行准确的三维建模,取得了令人满意的结果。
Based on the automobile manufacture process,complex parts such as cover parts stamping die for 3 d modeling,by features overlap,keep out of the factors such as 3 d modeling effect often exist in the hole,features such as lost,in order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a based on automobile cover parts stamping die 3 d modeling technology.By use of the Fourier transform method,the complex parts of the whole area of characteristic collection and 3 d modeling,complete simulation automobile cover parts stamping mold three-dimensional spatial position relationship,so as to lay a foundation in automobile production data in CAD drawing environment,the automobile cover parts stamping die for 3 d modeling.The experimental results show that this modeling method is capable of automobile cover parts stamping die for accurate three-dimensional modeling,and achieved satisfactory results.
