毛细管柱气相色谱法测定空气中乙酸酯类 被引量:1

Determination of acetic esters in air by capillary column gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立空气中乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯2种有机物同时检测的毛细管柱测定方法。方法用活性炭管采样,二硫化碳溶剂解吸,FFAP毛细管柱分离,FID氢火焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果其RSD、加标回收率均符合试验的要求。本研究用活性炭管作为固体吸附剂,二硫化碳作为解吸溶剂,经FFAP毛细管气相色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测数据,保留时间定性,峰面积定量,其分离度、加标回收率、数据精密度均符合试验的要求。其中乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯的RSD均>1.5%,回收率均>97.1%。结论此方法快速、准确,适用于空气中乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯的测定。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of 2 kinds of organic compounds in air by simultaneous determination of ethyl acetate and butyl acetate. Methods Using activated carbon tube,carbon disulfide desorption solvent, FFAP FID capillary column and hydrogen flame ionization detector,qualified by retention time and peak area quantification. Results The recovery rate of the RSD and the spiked recoveries were all in line with the requirements of the experiment. This study by the activated carbon as the solid adsorbent, carbon disulfide as the desorption solvent, by FFAP capillary gas chromatography column and FID detector data retention time qualitative, quantitative peak area, the degree of separation and recovery, data precision can meet the requirements of the test. The RSD of ethyl acetate and butyl acetate were all more than 1.5%, and the recovery rate was more than 97.1%. Conclusion This method is rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of ethyl acetate and butyl acetate in air.
