摘要
目的:建立了空气中丙酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲基异丁基甲酮、甲苯、乙酸丁酯、间二甲苯和邻二甲苯气相色谱同时测定方法。方法:采用活性碳管吸附空气中丙酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲基异丁基甲酮、甲苯、乙酸丁酯、间二甲苯和邻二甲苯,由二硫化碳解吸、进样,经50 m×0.32 mm×1.0μm kf(100%聚二甲基硅氧烷)毛细管柱分离测定,初温50℃保持4 min,升温速率5℃/min至120℃保持1 min,分流比:不分流。结果:丙酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲基异丁基甲酮、甲苯、乙酸丁酯、间二甲苯和邻二甲苯的保留时间分别为3.55、5.69、7.13、9.54、10.88、12.47、15.11、16.07 min;线性范围分别为1.1~440μg/ml、1.1~442.8μg/ml、0.5~200μg/ml、1.2~490.4μg/ml、0.5~200μg/ml、1.1~433.2μg/ml、0.5~200μg/ml、0.5~200μg/ml;检出限分别为:1.1、1.1、0.5、1.2、0.5、1.1、0.5、0.5μg/ml;相关系数分别为:0.9988、0.9982、0.9996、0.9995、0.9997、0.9995、0.9997、0.9997。结论:该方法适合空气中丙酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲基异丁基甲酮、甲苯、乙酸丁酯、间二甲苯和邻二甲苯的同时测定。
Objective:A method for the simultaneous determination of benzene series, ester and ketone in air by gas chromatography was developed. Methods: Benzene series, ester and ketone in air were collected .with charcoal tube, then were injected after being desorbed with carbon disulfide through kf (Poly(dimethylsiloxane) ) capillary column (50 m × 0. 32 mm × 1.0 μm). The primary temperature was set at 50℃ remaining 4 minutes, and the last temperature was 120℃ remaining 1 minute with elevate temperature ratio 5℃ per minute. Apart -flow rate was splitless. Results:Retention time for acetone, ethyl aceate, benzene, 4 - methyl - 2 - pentanone, toluene, butyl acetate, m - xylene and o - xylene were 3.55, 5.69, 7. 13, 9. 54, 10. 88, 12. 47, 15.11 and 16. 07 min, respectively. The linear ranges were 1.1 ~440 μg/ml, 1.1 ~ 442. 8 μg/ml, 0. 5 ~ 200 μg/ml, 1.2 ~ 490. 4 μg/ml, 0. 5 ~ 200μg/ml, 1.1 ~ 433.2 μg/ml, 0. 5 ~ 200 μg/ml and 0. 5 ~ 200 μg/ml. The limits of detection were 1.1, 1.1,0.5, 1.2, 0. 5, 1.1, 0. 5 and 0. 5 μg/ml. The coefficient of correlation was 0. 9988, 0. 9982, 0. 9996, 0. 9995, 0. 9997, 0. 9995, 0. 9997 and 0. 9997. Conclusion:The method is applicable in simultaneously determining benzene series, ester and ketone in air.
