摘要
对三种牌号（ＨＴ１５０、ＨＴ２５０、ＨＴ３００）的铸铁在铸态下和三个等淬处理温度（２６０、３２０和３７０℃）下测定机械和声学性能，结果说明，奥—贝灰铁强度和阻尼都很高，适宜于高强度、耐磨和高振动场合下使用。
Mechanical and acoustical properties were determined in HT150,250,300 gray irons in as-cast condition and as austempered at 260,320and 370℃.The results reported that austempered gray iron has a unique combination of high strength and high damping,It is applicable to parts in which which strength,high wear resistance;and high vibration and/or sonic damping is required.
