低液压能损失推土机液压系统研究

摘要 对目前传统推土机液压系统原理和能耗进行了研究,在分析了此系统存在较大的能量浪费后提出了一种新型低能耗的推土机液压系统,详细描述其原理的同时着重对其进行了不同工况下的功率耗损情况对比,此系统耗能较少,较原系统能节约一半以上能量. The traditional bulldozer principle of hydraulic systems and energy were studied. In the analysis of this system there is the presence of a large waste of energy .Then a novel low power bulldozer hydraulic system was raised. There is a detailed description of its principles while focusing on its power consumption under different conditions .This system is less energy than the original system , it can save more than half of the energy.
