摘要
利用三维建模软件Pro/E与有限元分析软件ANSYS的无缝连接,在Pro/E中建立回转支承实体模型,导入ANSYS中进行接触分析,得到各排滚柱与滚道的接触应力分布情况。并与传统的赫兹理论计算结果及实际磨损情况对比,证明了该有限元模型的正确性,并提出了安装和使用的改进措施。
Making use of 3-D modeling software Pro/E and ANSYS seamless connection,the solid model of the rotation bearing is established by using Pro/E.Import the model to ANSYS for contact analysis,the contact stress and its distribution of the row roller and raceway are obtained.Compared with the traditional Hertz theory results and the actual conditions of wear,the validity of the FEM is verified,and corresponding improvements for installation and using are put for ward.
