摘要 首先,针对国内尚无新型智慧城市统一的分级分类标准问题,阐述了新型智慧城市概念和分级分类必要性;其次,提出了基于城市规模的分级方法和基于城市特色的分类方法,将城市人口和国内生产总值(GDP)作为衡量城市规模的依据,将物质性特色和非物质性特色作为城市分类依据;然后,指出了该方法对建设新型智慧城市的指导意义,可作为新型智慧城市的评价指标体系和体系架构构建的依据;最后,以旅游生态城市为例,分析了以该方法为基础的新型智慧城市体系架构建设内容和重点。 Firstly, aimed at the problem of none unified domestic grading and classification standards for the new smart cities interiorly, the concept and the necessity of grading and classification are expounded for the new smart cities. Secondly, the method for grading on the urban scale and the classification on the urban characteristics is proposed. The urban is scaled with the urban population and the gross domestic product (GDP), and classified with material and immaterial characteristics. Then, the guiding significance of the method is presented for the new smart city construction. The method can be used as the basis of the evaluation index and the architecture constructed for the new smart city. Finally, with an example of tourism and ecological city, the content and the emphasis of the new smart city construction based on the method are analyzed.
