摘要 Tork Buster扭力冲击器是一种纯机械动力工具,应用表明,Tork Buster扭力冲击器配合PDC钻头一起使用提高机械钻速效果显著。新疆油田引进扭力冲击器配合PDC钻头在环玛湖探区使用,现场应用发现该工具在部分井区应用尚未达到预期提速效果,机械钻速较低。分析Tork Buster扭力冲击器在环玛湖探区实际应用情况发现Tork Buster扭力冲击器+PDC钻头钻速受钻头泥包问题、钻头崩齿问题、钻井液体系问题等因素影响较大。通过有针对性的改进钻井措施,有效地提高了Tork Buster扭力冲击器+PDC钻头钻速。现场应用的9口井中,平均机械钻速提高到7.05 m/h,较改进措施前提高156.65%,平均每口井钻井周期节约9.68 d,达到了预期提速的要求。 Tork Buster was a purely machanical power tool. Practice in other oilfields indicated that Tork Buster drilling tool could obviously improve ROP when it was used with PDC bit. Xinjiang oilfield brought in Tork Buster drilling tool which was used in circum-mahu lake with PDC bit and field application showed that Tork Buster drilling tool failed to get the expected result in part of wells with low ROP. After analyzing practical application situation of Tork Buster drilling tool,ROP was deeply influenced by bit balling,falling out of teeth and drilling fluid system. Through these customized and improved technical measuses,the drilling speed of Tork Buster drilling tool matched with PDC bit was increased greatly. In 9 wells to which these techniques have been applied,the average rate of penetration was7. 05 m / h,up by 156. 65%. Drilling period of each well was shortend by 9. 68 d and expected aim was reached.
