摘要
乳化剂是水基金属加工液的重要组成部分,提高乳化剂的抗硬水能力及生物降解能力是其发展的必然趋势。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸兼有阴离子和非离子乳化剂的综合性能优点,是一种性能优异的乳化/抗硬水剂,因此常用于水基金属加工液配方。近年来,国内外在脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸的制备、性能以及应用等方面进行了系统的研究。文章以前人研究为基础,系统综述了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸在国内外的研究进展,讨论了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸作为水基金属加工液乳化/抗硬水剂时,在乳化、抗硬水及生物降解方面的性能,并总结了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸的制备方法。
Emulsifier is an important additive of water-based metalworking fluids,and it is an unambiguous development trend to improve the hard water resistance ability and biodegradability.Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether carboxylic acid(APECA) acts as an excellent emulsifier / hard water resistance additive in water-based metalworking fluid formulations,with advantages of comprehensive performances of both anionic and non-ionic emulsifier.In recent years,the systematical research on preparation,performance,and application of APECA has been done at home and abroad.In this review,the research progress of APECA is summarized both domestic and overseas.The emulsification,hard water resistance and biodegradability of APECA are also discussed when they are used as the emulsifier / hard water resistance additive of water-based metalworking fluids.Moreover,the preparation methods of APECA are summarized.
