摘要
理工科女大学的就业问题比较突出,理工科女大学生初入社会,与男同学同台竞技时容易遭受性别歧视,从而产生焦虑、自卑、恐惧、逃避等一系列心理问题,成为社会和谐稳定的隐患。本文立足于理工科女大学生的就业现状与存在的心理问题,从国家、社会、高校、家庭及自身五个方面深刻剖析产生理工科女大学生就业心理问题的原因,并提出相应的解决措施。
Now, particularly prominent on the female graduates in universities of science and engineering. At the beginning of entering the society, the female graduates of science and engineering will face gender discrimination when they compete with male graduates at the same time, which will result in anxiety, inferiority, fear, dodge and a series of psychological problems among those female graduates, and further become a hidden danger of social harmony and stability. Based on theory of the employment situation and the existing psychological problems of female graduates in universities of science and engineering, this paper analyzes the reasons deeply for the emergence of the psychological problems on the female graduates of science and engineering from the aspects of state, society, universities, families and their own and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
