摘要
近年来,结核分枝杆菌的耐药情况愈发严重,疾病治疗负担重,防治工作十分艰巨。为解决这个全球性的问题,临床实验室不断研究以期找到一种快速、准确的检测方法。目前使用的方法大致可分为病原学检测、免疫学检测与分子生物学检测等,这些检测方法各有利弊。笔者汇总临床实验室常用的检测结核分枝杆菌方法,并进行比较,综合分析其在结核病诊断上的价值。
For the past few years, the tuberculosis bacterium resistance is increasing seriuusiy and with a considerable financial burden. Therefore, it is hard for us to combat with this disease. Clinical laboratory research- ers are committed to invent a rapid and accurate method of detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis to resolve this global problem. So far, many different methods have been proposed, with different advantages and disadvantages, such as pathogenic detecting technology, immunologic detecting technology and molecular biology detecting technology, etc. This review compared detection methods of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and analyze their values in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
