摘要
对全棉针织物分别进行了果胶酶染色一浴工艺和传统碱氧法染色试验,测试了染色织物的顶破强力、K/S值、色牢度及染色后废水COD值,探讨了使用果胶酶作为前处理助剂的棉针织物练染一浴法可行性。
The wrecking strength, K/S value and fastness properties of the dyed cotton knitted fabric were compared between the one-bath method of enzyme scouring & dyeing and the conventional alkali-peroxide method. The COD testing data of the waste water after dyeing was analyzed. The feasibility of using scouring blended enzyme as pretreatment auxiliary in the one-bath method of scouring and dyeing of cotton knitted goods was studied.
