摘要
本文提出了一种含浆织物退浆效果等级的快速半定量标准(色卡法)和一种织物所含浆料的半定性测试法,并对聚乙烯醇同I_2作用显色机理进行了研究,证实了PVA-H_3BO_3类侧链生色团的形成是该显色反应的关键,而所显颜色的色光与侧基大小有关。
This paper expounds not only the grade-standard to be used as a fast and sime-quantita-tive method to indicate the desizing effect of the sized fabric, but slso a fast and semi-quan-litstive test to detect the kind of size compound used on the textiles. From the theoreticalpoint of view, this thesis confirms that the key mechanism of the coloration being produced inthe reaction of PVA with I_2 is due to the formation of PVA-H_3BO_4-kind side chain chromo-phoric group, and the depth of colouration is in relation with the amplitude of the side-chain.
