摘要
为了优化和控制空调变频器的散热,提出了一种系统级的分析研究方法,使用一维流体仿真软件Flowmaster建立了空调变频器冷媒冷却系统的仿真模型,分析了系统的稳态性能和动态性能,并对系统控制进行了探索性研究。在设计过程中利用系统仿真代替样机调试,不仅大大减少了样机调试的周期,而且为系统的优化、控制及改进设计提供了依据。将高低温工况下的稳态及动态试验数据与仿真结果进行对比,验证了系统仿真的正确性。
In order to optimize and control the heat dissipation of air-conditioning inverter, it presented a simulation analysis method in system level, used one-dimensional fluid simulation software Flowmaster to build the simulation model of refrigeration system for air- conditioning inverter, analyzed the performance of steady-state and dynamic-state of the system and implemented the exploratory research of system control. System simulation was used to replace prototype test during design period, which not only obviously reduced period time, but also provided basis for optimization, control and design improvement of the system. Experimental results of steady -state and dynamic-state under high and low temperature conditions were compared with the simulation ones, which verified the validity of the simulation.
