摘要
文章介绍了采用高效紧凑的平行流结构对汽车空调冷凝器与发动机机油冷却器进行结构性能匹配和优化的设计方法。根据需求规划复合换热器基本结构,建立复合换热器的热力模型,通过热交换试验和计算机流体动力学仿真获取热力学参数,调整元件结构参数,优化热交换性能。提出的平行流换热器热性能仿真和结构设计过程能快速响应用户需求,研究表明该复合型换热器能满足使用要求。
With the help of high efficiency and compact parallel flow construction,the paper proceed the structure performance match and optimal designs for car air-condition condenser and engine oil cooler.Based on the demand plan,the basic structure is composite heat exchanger.Firstly,to build the thermodynamic model of composite heat exchanger,then to get thermodynamic parameters through heat exchange trial and computer simulation of hydrodynamic,adjust element structure parameters and optimal heat exchange characteristics.The paper concluded that parallel flow heat exchanger performance simulation and its construction design process can quick response the user′s needs.The results show that the composite heat exchanger can meet the operation requirements.[Ch,12 fig.4 tab.11 ref.]
