固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/V_2O_5-Bi_2O_3的制备及其催化合成乙酸正丁酯 被引量:3

摘要 采用化学沉淀法、煅烧法和浸渍法制备出了SO_42-/V2O_5-Bi_2O_3固体超强酸催化剂,并采用乙酸正丁酯的酯化合成反应作为探针反应,同时考察了影响SO_42-/V2O_5-Bi_2O_3固体酸催化剂催化活性的制备因素。结果表明SO_42-/V2O_5-Bi_2O_3固体超强酸催化剂的最佳制备条件为:组分摩尔比例n(V2O_5)∶n(Bi_2O_3)=1∶1,浸渍液(NH4)2SO_4浓度为2 mol/L,焙烧温度500℃,焙烧时间5 h,乙酸正丁酯合成酯化率为90.91%。 SO4^2-/V2O5-Bi2O3 solid acid catalyst was prepared by chemical precipitation method, calcinations method and pickling process. The synthesis of butyl acetate was selected as a probe reaction to test the performance of the solid acid catalyst. The result showed that the optimum preparation conditions of catalyst were as follows: molar ration of V2O5 to Bi2O3 was 1∶1, dipping solution((NH4)2SO4) was 2 mol/L, the calcination temperature and calcination time were 500 ℃ and 5 h. The conversion yield of butyl acetate was 90.91 %.
