内质网应激反应与细胞自噬相互作用机制研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 近年研究发现内质网应激反应不仅能导致细胞凋亡,还可诱导细胞自噬。细胞自噬是通过抑制内质网膨胀,维持细胞内稳态,保护细胞存活的自我消化的过程。本文通过查阅近年国内外相关文献,总结了内质网应激反应与细胞自噬相互作用机制的研究进展,为肿瘤的预防、抗肿瘤药物作用新靶点发现提供理论依据和参考。 Endoplasmic reticulum stress reaction can not only lead to apoptosis, but also induce autophagy. Autophagy is a self-digestion process that can maintain intracellular homeostasis and cell survival. The research progress of the interaction mechanism between endoplasmic reticulum stress and autophagy is discussed in this paper, to supply theoretical basis and reference for prevention of cancer and discovery of new target for anticancer drugs by retrieval of relevant literature at home and abroad.
