摘要
目的 建立健腰通颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法 。方法 以高效液相色谱法测定健腰通颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量,采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）;流动相为乙腈-水（30∶70）;流速：1.0 ml/min;柱温：40℃;蒸发光散射检测器参数中氮气流量：2.5 L/min;漂移管温度：105℃。结果 黄芪甲苷进样量在0.56~4.20μg（r=0.9994）范围内线性关系良好。加样回收率为95.83%（RSD为1.39%,n=5）。结论 本含量测定法重复性和精密度良好,结果可靠准确,可作为该制剂质量的检测方法。
Objective To establish the method for the determination of astragaloside IV in Jianyaotong Granules.Meth- ods HPLC was used the quality of astragaloside IV in Jianyaotong Granules,analytical column was Diamonsil Cls （4.6 min×250 mm,5 μm）.Mobile phase was Acetonitrile-Water （30：70）.Flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the parameter of ELSD de- tector： the flow rate of N2 was 2.5 L/min;the temperature of drift tube was 105℃.Results The linear range of astragalo- side IV was from 0.56 to 4.20 μg （r=0.9994）.The average recovery was 95.83%（RSD=1.39%,n=5）.Conclusion This method is proved to be sensitive and reliable.h can be the quality detection method of Jianyaotong Granules.
