The expression of miRNA in colorectal carcinoma and its clinical significance

摘要 结直肠癌是个多因素、多步骤,并同多种基因相关联所致的疾病。近年来研究表明微小RNA(miRNA)在基因表达调控方面与结直肠癌的发病率密切相关,miRNA可以通过靶基因调控蛋白,同时,这些受其调控的蛋白也能反过来调控miRNA的表达,从而在体内形成了一个复杂的调控网络,在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起到重要的作用。在这里,我们主要讨论miRNA作为肿瘤标记物在结直肠癌早期诊断、评估预后中以及指导治疗中的潜在用途。 Colorectal Cancer(CRC) is a disease caused by several factors through multiple steps in combination with multiple genes. Over the past few years, research has suggested that microRNA (miRNA) is closely related to regulation of gene expression in pathogenesis of CRC. miRNA may regulate proteins through target genes. In turn, the regulated proteins can regulate the expression of miRNA. Thus, a complicated regulatory network forms in vivo and plays important roles in development and progression of cancer. This paper mainly focuses on discussing the potential of miRNA in the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of CRC.
