快硬硫铝酸盐水泥抗折强度倒缩机理的探讨 被引量:16

Discussion on reduction mechanism of flexural strength of quick hardening sulpho-aluminate cement

摘要 本文通过对快硬硫铝酸盐水泥硬化浆体微观结构的观察,探讨了快硬硫铝酸盐水泥抗折强度倒缩的机理。结果表明,所谓的快硬硫铝酸盐水泥强度倒缩,一般应专指抗折强度的倒缩,且在特定龄期的特殊表现;其根本原因是硬化本体结构微裂纹的出现、变宽和连通导致的硬化浆体结构的劣化。提出了相应的解决措施。 By means of microstructure observation of the quick hardening sulpho-aluminate cement, the reduction mechanism of flexural strength of quick hardening sulpho-aluminate cement was discussed. The results showed that the strength reduction of quick hardening sulpho-aluminate cement only refers to the flexural strength reduction that in specific age. The reason of flexural strength reduction was the degradation of structure of hardened cement paste that caused by appearance, broaden, and connection of microcrack in hardening structure. The resolution measures were presented.
