摘要
初步研究了C123管桩混凝土的制作技术,利用自制特种掺合料,在免蒸压条件下制作出了C123强度等级的管桩混凝土,为超高强管桩的推广应用打下了基础。在超低水胶比条件下,水灰比定则不能完全适用,对超低水胶比的混凝土而言,存在一较佳的水胶比,使得混凝土的抗压强度最大,过低水胶比的混凝土会产生强度下降的趋势。
This paper conducts a preliminary study on the production technology of C123 pipe pile concrete, using self-made special admixtures in non-autoclaved conditions to produce pipe pile concrete with C123 strength grade, and promoting the application of ultra high strength piles. In the condition of ultra low water binder ratio, water cement ratio criteria cannot be fully applicable. To the concrete with ultra low water binder ratio, there is a better water binder ratio to make compressive strength of concrete to the maximum, the intensity of the extravagant low water binder ratio cement will decrease.
