肾母细胞瘤患儿外周血调节性T细胞和自然杀伤T细胞的表达研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究肾母细胞瘤患儿外周血CD4^+CD25^+CD127^(low)调节性T细胞(Treg)和CD3^+CD16^+CD56^+自然杀伤T细胞(NKT)的表达变化,初步探讨发生改变的原因及其临床意义。方法选取2015年11月至2016年7月就诊的21例肾母细胞瘤患儿作为病例组,21例于本院体检的同年龄段健康儿童为健康对照组,采用流式细胞术检测两组儿童外周血中CD4^+CD25^+CD127^(low) T细胞占CD4^+T细胞百分比和CD3^+CD16^+CD56^+T细胞占CD3^+T细胞百分比,分别代表Treg水平和NKT水平。结果病例组肾母细胞瘤患儿外周血Treg水平低于健康对照组(P<0.05);病例组肾母细胞瘤患儿外周血NKT水平高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Treg和NKT水平变化与肾母细胞瘤的发生与发展有关,Treg和NKT水平可能是反映肾母细胞瘤患儿免疫功能状态的较好指标。 Objective To study the changes and clinical significance of CD4+CD25+CD127low regulatory T cells(Treg) and CD3+CD16+CD56+ natural killer T cells(NKT) in peripheral blood of children with Wilms tumor.MethodsTwenty-one children with Wilms tumor were enrolled as the case group,and twenty-one healthy children for physical examinations were enrolled as the control group.Flow cytometry was used to detect the levels of CD4+CD25+CD127lowT cells and CD3+CD16+CD56+ T cells in peripheral blood of two groups.Results The level of Treg cells in peripheral blood of the case group was significantlylower than in the control group(P〈0.05).The level of NKT cells in peripheral blood of the case group was significantly higher than in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions Treg cells and NKT cells play important roles in the occurrence and development of Wilms tumor.Treg cells and NKT cells may be useful indexes for evaluating immunological function in children with Wilms tumor.
