摘要
乌苯美司是一种氨肽酶抑制剂,通过抑制肿瘤凋亡以及加强机体自身免疫能力起到抗肿瘤作用。乌苯美司已用于血液系统疾病如白血病、淋巴瘤等,以及其他实体肿瘤如肺癌、膀胱癌、宫颈癌、卵巢癌等的治疗中,并取得了一定疗效。其在消化道恶性肿瘤化疗的辅助治疗中的应用,提高了患者的生存率和生存时间,且减少了化疗带来的不良反应,提高有效率的同时减少了毒性反应,为临床化疗方案提供了更多思路。
Ubenimex is an aminopeptidase inhibitor that acts as an anti-tumor by inhibiting tumor apoptosis and enhancing the body＇s own immunity.Ubenimex has been used in the treatment of blood system diseases such as leukemia,lymphoma,and other solid tumors such as lung cancer,bladder cancer,cervical cancer,ovarian cancer,etc.,and has achieved certain effects.Its application in the adjuvant treatment of chemotherapy for digestive tract malignant tumors improves the survival rate and survival time of patients,reduces the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy,improves the efficiency and reduces the toxicity,it provides more ideas for clinical chemotherapy.
