摘要
针对锅炉在正常运行中发生几次灭火现象,通过分析折焰角积灰与锅炉频繁灭火,判断折焰角积灰垮塌是引起锅炉灭火的主要原因,及时调整吹灰器的吹灰频率并加强折焰角积灰处理后,避免了锅炉灭火事故的再次发生。
Aiming at frequent ouffire phenomenon for boiler,the reason is analyzed. Specific measures are adopt to solve the problem,the relation between fluctuations and frequent outfire of boiler is analyzed and the boiler structure and field situation are also used to deduce the collapse of the fumace arch and the outfire of boiler is found. The ash collapse is the real reason caused by frequent outfire of furnace arch type boiler.
