摘要
对湛江电厂GD—1025/18.2—Ⅱ型锅炉频繁结焦、水冷壁渣斗严重堵渣的原因进行了分析,提出了相应的解决措施,防止了锅炉结渣后引起渣斗严重堵塞、掉渣而导致的锅炉灭火事故,对同类型锅炉防止锅炉结焦具有一定的借鉴作用。
The paper analyzed the reasons of often fouling and serious jam at water wall sludge hopper for GD -1025/18.2- Ⅱ type boiler in Zhanjiang power plant, proposed some relevant countermeasures that can prevent from flame collapse caused by serious jam of sludge hopper and slag dropping, which provides a good reference for similar boilers.
