摘要
目的研究日间手术治疗腹股沟疝患者围术期的护理模式。方法选择2015年8月—2016年6月期间在该院应用日间手术治疗的腹股沟疝患者80例作为该研究对象,在患者围术期实施精心的护理。结果该组80例患者均顺利出院,手术后对患者进行随访,有1例患者手术部分发生感染,2例患者复发,其余患者恢复情况良好。结论在日间手术治疗的腹股沟疝患者围术期,对患者实施精心的护理,能够提升临床治疗效率,降低患者术后并发症率与复发率,有助于提升患者生活质量。
Objective To research the nursing model during the perioperative of day surgery in treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods 80 cases of patients with inguinal hernia applying the day surgery in our hospital from August 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects, and were given the careful nursing during the perioperative period. Results 80 cases were successfully discharged, and the follow-up showed that infection occurred to 1 case during the operation, recurrence occurred to 2 cases, and the recovery situation of the other patients was good.Conclusion During the perioperative period of day surgery in treatment of inguinal hernia, the implementation of careful nursing can improve the clinical treatment efficiency, reduce the postoperative complications and recurrence rate, which contributes to improving the quality of life.
