摘要
目的:制订科学、合理、实用的临床路径标准。方法:病例组合法、病案回顾调查法、统计学分析、循证医学法以及持续质量改进。结果:(1)系统地阐述临床路径标准制订主要方法。包括:组织架构、理念与方法、前期准备和制订步骤。(2)以案例方式,详细介绍临床路径病种选择、诊疗项目和费用标准制定的过程与结果。结论:临床路径标准制订必须充分发挥专家团队作用,采用PDCA循环过程,应用循证医学的最新成果,使得临床路径标准更加合理有效。
Objectives： To design scientific, rational and operable clinical pathway standard. Methods： Case mix, case retrospective survey, statistics analysis, evident based medicine and continuance quality improvement methods were used. Results： Firstly, the methods of designing clinical pathway as well as organization structure, idea and methods, preparation and steps were detailed and systematically mentioned. Secondly, case analysis was used to describe the process and results of clinical pathway disease selection, treatment project and cost standard. Conclusions： experts team were considered to be fully used, PDCA process and the newly conclusions of evidence banes medicine be referred to make clinical pathway standards more effective and rational.
