摘要
目的探讨护理标识在心内科护理安全管理中的运用效果,以降低心内科护理差错发生率。方法成立护理安全管理团队,开发和采用系列护理标识,明确各类标识的含义和作用,规范护理人员的操作和使用。结果观察组护理不良事件和护理差错的发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者的满意度为94.33%,显著高于对照组的83.33%;观察组护士满意度为95.33%,显著高于对照组的84.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理标识的应用增强了护士的风险意识,降低了护理差错的发生,提高了患者和护士的满意度。
Objective To study the application effect of nursing marks in the nursing safety management in the department of cardiovascular medicine in order to reduce the incidence rate of nursing error in the department of cardiovascular medicine. Methods The nursing safety management team was established, and a series of nursing marks were explored and adopted, and the definition and function of various marks were cleared, and the operation and application of nursing staff were standardized. Results The incidence rates of nursing adverse events and nursing errors in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance by comparison,P<0.05, and the satisfactory degree of patients in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,(94.33% vs83.33%), and the satisfactory degree of nurses in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,(95.33% vs 84.67%), and the differences had statistical significance by comparison, P<0.05. Conclusion The application of nursing marks increases the risk awareness of nurses, reduces the occurrence of nursing errors and improves the satisfactory degree of patients and nurses.
