摘要
目的探讨颜色标识化管理在ICU护理工作中的效果。方法我院2011年6月至2013年9月接收ICU患者156例,应用颜色标识化管理的94例患者作为观察组,未采用颜色标识化管理的62例患者作为对照组,比较两组护理差错,调查两组患者满意度情况。结果观察组护理差错发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);且观察组患者护理满意度96.8%,对照组为82.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论颜色标识能将复杂的管理问题简明化,增强护士合理管理的意识,突出以人为本的管理理念,提高工作效率及护理质量,降低护理差错发生率,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of color identification management in the ICU nursing work. Methods 156 cases of patients were admitted to ICU of our hospital from June 2011 to September 2013. Among them, 94 patients applied with color identification management were set as the observation group, and the other 62 patients were as the control group; nursing errors were compared, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were investigated. Results Nursing errors was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.01); Patients' degree of satisfaction was 96.8% in the observation group and 82.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.01). Conclusions Color identification can simplify complex management problems, enhance nurses' awareness of rational management, highlight the people-oriented management philosophy, improve work efficiency and quality of nursing, reduce the incidence of nursing errors, and improve patients' satisfaction.
