摘要
目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在妇产科急症诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析近3年我院收治的100例妇产科急症病例,对其彩色多普勒超声检查的可靠性及图像特征进行分析,以其手术及病理结果作对照。结果经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断妇产科急症的符合率为89.00%,误漏诊率为11.00%,其中对急性盆腔炎、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转、子宫穿孔等的诊断符合率达到100.00%。结论对妇产科急症应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查具有较高的可行性。
Objective To explore the application value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of gynecology and obstetrics emergency. Methods The clinical history of 100 cases admitted in our hospital in past 3 years were retrospectively analyzed. The reliability and image characteristics of color doppler ultrasound examination were analyzed, and the surgical and pathological results were Compared as control group. Results The coincidence rate of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound was 89.00% in diagnosis of gynecology and obstetrics emergency, and the misdiagnosis rate was 11.00%; the c0ii^cidence rate for acute pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian cyst torsion, uterus perforation, etc. was 100.00%. Conclusion Application of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in gynecology and obstetrics emergency has high feasibility.
